Pros
It’s been almost 3 years I have been working at LVL, and it’s the first time I have stayed that long in a company, which is an excellent proof of how much I love working here! Not only do I have the freedom to take initiatives, but I also feel strongly supported by my teammates and the management team. Being able to grow is extremely important for me and that’s exactly what I am able to do at LVL. I can do my best work and I keep improving and mastering my skills.
I also love the fact that it’s not a hierarchical / corporate work environment, and that you don’t have to waste your energy pretending to be someone you’re not, which gives you way more energy to focus on your job and do your best to contribute to the success of this growing company.
And truly, the people here are the best. Collaborative work environment, no ego, everyone is sincerely trying to help, and you never feel alone when you have to face challenges. People are passionate and are committed to do their best work, which makes life here really enjoyable :)
Cons
It’s really difficult to say, because if there were any big cons, I wouldn’t have stayed as long and wouldn’t plan to stay for years to come!
