      Pros

      they allowed to have flexible work schedule for part time workers. people work there were so nice. work related instructions were clear and easy to understand. all the work procedures were properly structured and well organized.

      Cons

      warehouse condition was not good: no air-conditioning, no heating system, no ventilation at that time. One of the biggest problems was lots of debris from packaging boxes floating around in the air.

      Pros

      Depending on your role, this company allows for autonomy, so you can grow to your fullest potential. Lots of great opportunities for personal and professional growth. This company does its best to accommodate to the changes in your life, especially as a tenured employee of 2+ years. The company continues to grow despite adversity and offers more benefits to its employees. Current benefits include: catered lunches daily, health/vision/dental/life/pet insurance, 3% 401k matching (100% contribution), bonus PTOs after 1 year tenure (18 days maximum accrual per year) and PTO rolls over each year and you would be paid for any unused PTOs if you leave, special PTOs (weddings, births etc.) that don't count against your current accrued PTOs and $60/daily allowance on business trips.

      Cons

      The company is too structured when it comes to reporting requirements and scheduling, which makes the company come off as too strict.
