      - It is a place where new ideas can be proposed and everyone will be open to listening to them. - It is a multidisciplinary team, which allows you to constantly learn new skills and ways of working - Great work/life balance - Excellent work environment, everyone is very friendly, respectful and fun! - The company has big goals, which makes it a super interesting and motivating place to work

      They lie to you and make you feel good about yourself

      Cons

      They hired a bunch of people on the bricks of going bankruptcy and never paid for 20+ people for 3 months straight. During this time they came up with a lot of lies as to how they will pay and how they are going to raise a new funding and that's what's been keeping them from paying the people. Their C levels have no idea about the industry, the product development and... get this.. there is even nepotism.
