mrUsta has the right environment and atmosphere to really encourage EVERYONE to show their abilities and desire without feeling stifled or held back. Everyone is responsible and accountable, which means there's little micro-management. mrUsta has a great 'start-up' culture and gives everyone the tools to learn from everyone else, with a great open-planned office set-up.
Cons
No cons, except maybe this isn't corporate life, so you have to really work hard and smart!

mrUsta is a startup and the team is growing everyday. the team is very successful but I believe a bigger office would be better
