Pros

I have been working in logistics sector for 15 years and the management is the best I have experienced .Employees are encouraged to share their ideas . Company is open for criticism as long as you aim improvement for the company. They are equal to everyone .

Cons

Some months of the year are more busy compared to to rest of the year and sometimes it's hard to handle those busy times.

Pros

MTS provides great support for career growth, great compensation package, internal trainings for personal development. In addition, the management's open-mindedness provides a warm office environment. They don't discriminate anyone and just evaluate the talents.

Pros

It provides a free thinking environment to improve your skills and gain great experience. Management had offered trainings for business communication and import & export rules by the best in their area. I still carry & use what I learned at work and trainings. Pay is better than most in the industry with bonuses.
