WFH - no commute Great team of people to work with Great tools to help make everything more efficient Well Organized Get to touch a lot of cutting edge tech and work with a lot of different tools. Great way to learn more within the industry

Cons

Long hours can be rough but the time off makes it worth it.

Pros

nDivision truly values their employees and what each individual brings to the table. I feel as if I am part of a team rather than a number in a company. They encourage team collaboration when looking to build solutions. If you thrive in a fast moving environment and enjoy interacting with co-workers that treat you like family, this is the place to be.

Cons

Because we search high and low for our talented team members, we are spread out. It would be nice to coordinate more in-person team bonding experiences.
