Pros

I've been at Noticed as a Retention Specialist and it's honestly been a fantastic experience. The benefits here are top-notch – they're always getting better, which really shows how much the company cares about us. What stands out is how we're always encouraged to improve and grow. There's a real sense of being part of something bigger. The atmosphere is collaborative, and you genuinely feel your voice matters. And, of course, the leadership team – Stacy, Adam and Micah– they're great people. They really understand what it means to lead with both heart and smarts. If you're looking for a place that values you and pushes you to be better, this is it. Highly recommend!

Cons

Fast growing company, need to hire extra people. Remote work can be challenging sometimes.

Pros

- Remote work with a flexible schedule, a decent amount of PTO, and the company truly values work/life balance - Fun, supportive, and inclusive company culture, and they actively work to provide virtual and on-site events and ways for employees to connect aside from work-related tasks and projects (but still on work time, as not to interfere with work/life balance) - Leadership is pretty down to earth and shows transparency and honesty when communicating about the business to its employees, whether in a company town hall or one-on-one - The company is growing and expanding, and I have seen positive team and client growth in the past year - Noticed invests in professional development for its employees and set-ups growth tracks for both individuals and teams

Cons

- Because the company is still growing, there are some growing pains, but this is to be expected. Many of the growing pains come from learning as things arise and trial and error with new processes, services, and scopes of work. - They do not provide a company laptop despite being a totally remote company, but they do give an office stipend that can help with maintenance, office set-up, and supplies.

Pros

- the company has a great onboarding process when joining - the company is growing so there are opportunities for professional growth. - your work does not go unnoticed - 'employees' are actually treated like humans! The company understands work-life balance and has the infrastructure to support people in more than just a professional space - your ideas are welcomed and trialed across the board - the company works with a number of exciting brands

Cons

Every company has challenges when growing. As things evolve, processes are refined, updated, trailed and tested to ensure the company runs as efficiently as possible. The company is going through that period, as it has seen positive growth in the last few years. This is not a con, it is more of an opportunity to understand the key role you can play in the success of the company and how that can also shape your future.
