      Pros

      Excellent benefits, salary and bonus. Proactive and aggressive work environment. Opportunities to learn and grow. The people are young, fun and career oriented.

      Cons

      Limited upward mobility. Small company with management shares held by a very small and exclusive group. You literally almost have to fight in order to get an ownership position. The company has lost talent due to this nepotism.

      Pros

      Great experience, great people, high level of communication, any hiccups are handled efficiently and quickly, and there is plenty of room for growth.

      Cons

      Too much to do, some people bear the brunt of the work without always being in the right position to do so.
