      Pros

      Great location, and excellent coworkers to work with in the creative department and really all the staff!

      Cons

      I think I've really only had 1 passive aggressive vibe from an upper management. Over all no real cons.

      Great team environment, awesome CEO, appreciate hard work.

      Cons

      Hours can be brutal depending on workload. Because staff is small it often means taking on a lot more responsibility than at other places.

      The people, benefits, 401k, location/office, challenging work requirements that grow your skills and look good on a resume.

      Cons

      The creative can be heavily censored/filtered/regulated. Clients can be demanding and disorganized, but nothing too far outside of normal agency challenges.
