Pros

I worked at rabble+rouser as a full time employee for over 2 years. I really enjoyed my time working there! Everyone is very friendly, and the CEO is accessible and cares about your well-being. And unlike most ad agencies, there is a great work-life balance, which is very much reflected in the employee benefits.

Cons

The only cons I have from working at r+r is that there was some lack of communication with upper management and the employees. However, I feel this is common in most businesses, and issues would be resolved with a simple conversation.

Pros

Friendly environment, positive culture, young and creative individuals, great work life balance (unlike most agencies) and more than fair salary + benefits, growing company, management cares about you as more than an employee. Great experience, glad I worked there.

Cons

Some of the same cons as working at ANY agency - which is expected and not totally controllable by anyone.

Pros

With around 27 full time employees, R+R is a company that is standing at the cusp of breaking into the next growth spurt. It is absolutely a place where your career can flourish if you put in the effort. My manager is encouraging and collaborative and is a big reason I enjoy my job. Budget for training opportunities exist provided you are keen and can explain how it assists in getting your job done better. The average age of the company’s workforce is 28 years it is a pretty vibrant place. Everyone gets to wear multiple hats which makes working here much more exciting. The owners are passionate about the business and really care. If any issues are surfaced, they try their best to come up with a practical solution in consultation with other employees.

Cons

In every company I have worked in, the biggest challenge is effective communication throughout the organization and the same is true here. There should be more initiatives to improve communication so all are more aware of where the company is headed, how we are doing and what needs improvement.
