Pros

Great balance between flexibility, creativity, and strategic thinking. A culture that supports independent thinking and innovation while staying focused on results. Leadership listens and welcomes feedback, which helps the agency keep evolving in meaningful ways. There’s a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a diverse client mix, and clear opportunities for growth. Most of all, the people make it special. It’s a collaborative environment where everyone supports each other. It feels like a family, and that makes a big difference.

Cons

Like any agency, the pace can be demanding at times. However, the flexibility in where and how we work makes it sustainable.

Pros

As an Account Executive at rbb, I’ve had the chance to work on a variety of clients across industries, which has really helped build my skills quickly. You’re not siloed—you get to contribute to strategy, client calls, reporting, and execution. It’s hands-on from day one, but in a way that feels supported, not overwhelming. The people here are a big part of what makes it work. Teams are collaborative, responsive, and open to new ideas. Even when things get busy (which they do—it's agency life), people have each other’s backs. It’s a culture where curiosity and asking questions is welcomed, not judged. If you're early in your career and looking for a place where you can gain real experience, contribute meaningfully, and work with good people, rbb is a strong choice. The work is interesting, the standards are high, and there’s room to make your mark.

Cons

Like most agencies, the pace can be fast and priorities shift quickly. It can be a challenge to manage multiple deadlines across clients while also keeping up with internal initiatives. That said, strong time management and proactive communication go a long way, and team leads are generally understanding when things need to be rebalanced.
