Making work fun
Pros
Supporting the CEO of a company of this nature is immensely challenging and exciting. Being able to observe our clients as they embark on their addiction recovery journey through a combination of group and individual therapy is truly amazing. I admire the skills of our entire team and their ability to teach coping skills, boundary setting, self-esteem and other life skills to our clients. Our whole team at reSTART has such a passion for helping others and seeing them reach their full potential. I couldn't be more grateful for the time I have spent working here and hope for many more years. Other pros: Supportive co-workers and leadership, beautiful scenery at our campuses, fun client population.
Cons
Working in mental health can be difficult at times but the good days definitely outweigh the bad at reSTART.
