      Pros

      This is a good comapany to work for. The hours are great with potential to work overtime. You gain great experience by working with various hospitals.

      Cons

      The traimi g needs to be revamped. If you are new to follow up you must be a quick learner. The systems move kinda of slow.

      Positive work environment with growth opportunities and guidance. Understanding of and accommodating to family emergencies and time off, as long as not abused. Growth opportunities come with time, experience and work ethic and management is behind you to make sure you don't fail.

      Cons

      PTO is used for sick days.
