      Pros

      Inclusive company where you feel valued and your contribution to the business is recognised. Not just a number in machine. Feels more like being part of a family. Recruitment and onboarding couldn't be better, getting to meet HR, your team and then the CEO really gives you the best idea if the company's values and the job role and also what's expected of you should you be successful. The level of support within the company is to be commended, regardless of the issue you can reach out to any member of staff no matter the department and they will answer and support to the best of their ability. A job I love getting up in the morning for and I can't wait to continue my career with so-sure.
