      There are a lot of perks at Space. First, the office in the North Loop is amazing. It is big and modern and has all the makings of a fun but collaborative environment. There is a private rooftop deck and you are even able to use the space on the weekends if you have a baby shower or event you want to host! The equipment they provide is top notch - Macbook Pros for the whole team which may not seem like a big deal but with other agencies you get recycled or reused equipment. The people are so smart and everyone is extremely welcoming and it does feel like a big family. It is not a big agency so there is a lot of room to grow and develop your own career and role and you are not stuck in the corporate red tap of moving across clients or positions within the company. The salaries are very competitive and there is unlimited PTO!

      There are a lot of growing clients so there is a need to hire and hire the right people to do the job.
