      Sometimes there is a lot of work which but that will be helpful in the future.

      I have been working at speedbox for full time. I joined speedbox as an intern and later joined for full time because I liked the work, culture, learning opportunities and the product that we are building. * Choose what do you want to work on based on your interest & learnings. * Authority and Freedom to make decisions. * Lots of flexibility to maintain work-life balance. * You get to work from home as well. * Your input and suggestions matter. * Recognition for individual contributions.

      Cons

      No major cons as such. Just do your job and everything will be taken care of. The team and CEO are around to help.

      - Small company so there's a lot of opportunities to innovate and add value immediately - There are opportunities to grow and continue to take on more and more responsibilities - Always surrounded by passionate people having hunger to learn and explore. - Perks are good here, looking for more and more to come, - Fun activities take place here, including Xbox

      Cons

      - Management policies can be improved, still, they have good WFH policy, - Sometimes work is hard, when deadlines are tough, you have to strive your best to meet the deadlines which may result in some in some disturbance in work-life balance.
