The content managers are fantastic and extremely easy to work with! And you get the chance to work well well-known brands, which is awesome -- you get clips you're really excited to put in your portfolio.

Cons

Turnaround time is always pretty fast, within 3-4 days, so if you don't work well on shorter timelines that's something to keep in mind.
