Pros

I recently went through the interview process with telMAX, and I’ve been very impressed from the very beginning. Communication has been clear, timely, and professional, and every step has been handled with care and respect. The HR team (especially Krystal Whitmore) has been incredibly supportive, making the process smooth and welcoming. What stood out most is how transparent and thoughtful the process has been from the initial screening to detailed role explanations and next steps. I felt valued as a candidate, and the experience has left me with a very positive impression of telMAX’s culture and professionalism. Whether or not someone joins the company, I believe telMAX demonstrates a genuine commitment to people and community. I look forward to continuing my journey with them and highly recommend considering telMAX as an employer.

Pros

I find that telMAX gives lots of opportunities for professional growth, with managers and coworkers being friendly and always happy to talk. The benefits are great and the hybrid positions make it easier to maintain a work-life balance. I really enjoy working here!

Cons

The snacks and drinks available are nice, but majority are all healthy with diet pop or sugarless cookies, etc,

Pros

It's a business in full growth mode, allowing anyone (regardless of level) to have a hand in shaping the future trajectory. My co-workers are fun to be around, and about 15-20% are new-grads or co-ops in their last year - it makes the vibe quite fun

Cons

This place isn't for you if you like everything to be fully structured and spelled out for you - dealing with ambiquity and being a self-starter is quite essential
