      Pros

      Great team feeling, fun place to work, Senior Leadership Team care about staff and the company, internal development, very relaxed office environment and pizza every last Tuesday of the month!

      Cons

      None - communication has really developed over the last couple of months so everyone has a full and honest picture of how things are progressing with the company.

      - Amazing group of people - Work Ethics - You will be provided with all the support you need to start your career - Monthly Lunch - Non Pyramid system, everyone is treated with respect. - Best workplace I've been in up to date. - Located in the centre of Canterbury - Social Activities

      Cons

      - Could make use of company wide events - More energy is required around the office - 5.30pm day end, seems unnecessary

      Constant shifting managerial processes based on business perception rather than engineering reality or best practice Too much influence of "consultants" from outside the company
