      - Great work life balance - Incredibly hard working team - Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      - If you are a fully remote employee there feels like a disconnect on an occasion but not often. - No relocation assistance IF you move there on your own volition. I believe they would give some assistance if the company asks you to move

Friendly culture – good mix of professionalism and relaxed day-to-day atmosphere; easy to get along with colleagues.

      Cons

      Work can feel repetitive at times – similar types of campaigns and deliverables across projects. Limited technical variety – most projects use the same stack and patterns, so innovation can be gradual.
