Extremely talented team. Live and breathe company values and culture. Humble, transparent and honest executive leadership. Remote first organization with fun and engaging offsite outings. Up to date tech, tools and product
Cons
Only thing I can think of would be, being that it's a remote first organization to consider cost of living based salary. At the moment there is no adjustment for salary based on your location.

Ideas and opinions are valued. Open, transparent communication. Incredible culture across all teams and segments. The best i have ever experienced! Pros: remote work, unlimited PTO and a team that truly cares like family.
Cons
Start-ups require all-hands, but that is also what makes it exciting.
