      there is so much to learn about this industry. Entry level positions are not actually entry level because of the amount of knowledge needed.

      Great Compensation Structure!

      Pros

      Tougher than a salary position in the beginning but management helps a lot with stipends/bonuses if you put in the work. It eventually became a phenomenal lifestyle with tons of flexibility and income now that my practice has started to develop.

      Cons

      More trainings should be in person rather than just zoom.
