Pros

I worked in the Sydney studio, but we had loads of people who relocated from London, New York, and Malmo. The expertise and skills at ustwo were unparalleled. I learned so much. The biggest thing I learned, though, was how to be empathetic. Like truly empathetic. I learned more about working with other people than anything else, and it's the biggest thing that's set me up for success in my career.

* time of your life * you will work your butt off * you will be stressed but somehow love it * you can be yourself, REALLY yourself * teammates never let you down . * brilliant design * A+++ reputation . * you'll learn more than you ever imagined you could

* low salary * workers must be like a scrappy startup, but admin is like a behemoth corporation * easy to burn out * not really comfy for peeps 45years+ * unequal benefits / nonexistent benefits but really the pros are so outstanding anyone can deal with these cons for a while
