This company is a family in the best sense of the word. The owners are really passionate about improving the lives of their users and employees. The operations side follows a very "everyone sweeps the floor" creedo but it has created a great structure and working environment.

Working from home is the biggest challenge, however great it mostly is. Not unique to vCreative - but with so much work being email/chat/video you have to effort to have face-to-face with humans.
