vitaltech has a dozen fully staffed employees that communicate well together. As managed IT companies go, it runs incredibly smooth without tension. The management is always available, supportive, and transparent. Very fun, human culture with music playing, kitchen stocked, and free-flowing dialogue. Leadership will spend to make sure you can perform your job to the fullest. I've never experienced founders that genuinely care about their staff more than here. Most of all, the team is really good at what they do and have a great reputation from their clients.

This was a challenging and rewarding job in the IT field for me at an MSP supporting SMB clients. The best part is this team. Great people who treated me like family all the way. I stepped away due to personal reasons, but I will miss these guys a ton!
