Client Development Associate salaries in Australia

Hey guys question! I have been through 6 interviews for a development associate and of course I think I might be offered the position, but I’m just a little skeptical . I’ve been at my job for about 2 years and it’s okay, it’s on site & I won’t grow in this role. this new position is hybrid 3x home 2 onsite. It’s closer to me, it is a change of career and I’m excited but the interview I was told it was a hectic job and if wear a lot of hats for the same pay I get now… should I take it

I check all the boxes on the “ideal candidate” per the posting. The pay range posted would require a significant pay cut for me but to be expected as would be changing positions mid career. For anyone at PwC with an approved I-140, did the firm file an amendment to align entity name from PwC LLP to PwC US Business Advisory? How does this impact switching jobs and being able to use the original I-140?
