Ive been working as a medical coder for a while now... its okay pay for what it is. But in general im just so exhausted by the medical and corporate fields. I feel so stuck and unsure on how to move forward. I dont feel i can do this much longer, the corporate workflow is soul draining personally. I do want to pivot to another field but i am not sure on how to go about it. I dont really have the time or money to study something new from scratch. I need to stay where im at because of "stability"

Hi there! I am looking to pivot from occupational therapy into healthcare tech. I have 12 years of experience with EHR systems within various settings. The titles of jobs I have been applying to have been: clinical analyst, epic analyst, clinical informatics, application analyst, etc. I am focusing on applying for jobs that would sponsor me to get Epic certified. Any words of advice? I've only been applying for the last 2 months and have tailored my resume for "epic analyst" job descriptions.

Hi everyone, I have several years of experience as a medical secretary working with EHR/EMR systems, along with a BS in Health Science and an MS in Computer Science. I’m trying to move into EHR/EMR Support, Analyst, or Healthcare IT Support roles but am struggling to find opportunities. What certifications would be most helpful for these roles? Any advice would be appreciated.
