Electronics Engineering Technology salaries in Australia

Is this a new trend for salaries higher for senior IC roles than people managers? I'm thinking of what my next career move should be. Being a project manager manager doesn't sound appealing to me.

Greetings professionals ! I am an electrical engineer with 2 YoE from Pakistan, i am confused wether to move Germany on Masters or an Opportunity card. If i choose opportunity card, i am particularly drawn to supply chain roles despite being an electrical engineer. will it be helpful for me to transit to Blue Card or i would be survivig on odd jobs as i am not that good in electrical experience whereas i have no prior experience in supply chain. what dou guys recommend..

There was a CNBC video called “why gen z hiring is out of control right now”. I believe despite what this video says, software engineering entry level jobs are on the same boat. There was a great anecdote of a recent graduate with a bachelors in business admin going into the trades, becoming an electrical engineer, and using the degree to run a successful trades business. Do you think we will see more of a trend too the trades?
