Security Guard salaries in Australia

Hi guys, I’ve always struggled to find work, not sure wether it’s because of my area being very industrialised (warehouses, factories etc) but i’ve only ever worked in those places and always through an agency. I want a change of pace, my dream job is a firefighter. i’m currently 21, soon to be 22. Applications in my area open up very rarely so i just want to find a new career instead of a warehouse. Any tips/advice to stand out on my CV? Or any tips on going into a new career entirely? thanks.

Good morning. I have an interview for a Asset Protection Supervisor at Kohls tomorrow. I have worked AP for years but never in this kind of role. Looking for anyone who has worked at.kohls and has any interview tips.

Anyone know if LEK still offers their lateral associates a sign on bonus in 2026? What typically is the range and do you have to negotiate for it?

I am 10 months into my first year as an independent agent (commercial lines producer not owner) and I feel like I’m grossly underpaid. I’ve sold ~$250K in premium and seen a very small percentage of that hit my bank account (3.6%), I also have a base salary. What are my options? Have received some offers to interview at some bigger organizations, but don’t really want to start over right away. Open to a career change as well (5 years in insurance, not my favorite). TIA.
