Facilities Administrator

Entry Level - Work in a collaborative Property and Facilities team Flexible Working - WFH & Office (2-days) Perth Mooroo Land of the Whadjuk Noongar people Are you looking to start your career in property or facilities management? We’re seeking a motivated entry level Facilities Administrator to join our team in Perth.
This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service or administration experience who wants to build hands-on skills in facilities coordination, systems, and stakeholder support You will focus on finance, property, and operational management. This is a varied role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

The Opportunity:
With guidance and support, you’ll assist with the day-to-day coordination of facilities services, including:

Greeting and assisting customers, tenants and clients with a friendly, service-focused approach
Providing phone-based support to help customers use our tenant platform
Logging and tracking maintenance and service requests in our systems
Coordinating contractors and following up on jobs to ensure timely completion
Supporting site operations and helping troubleshoot basic facilities issues
Maintaining accurate records and supporting onsite Facility Managers

About You:
We’re looking for attitude and potential rather than extensive experience. You’ll bring:

A genuine interest in administration, facilities, or property management
Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
Previous experience in customer service, administration or call-centre roles (preferred but not essential)
Good organisation skills and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 (Excel experience a plus)
A reliable, proactive and team-oriented approach
