We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of two prime Charter Hall commercial assets located in the heart of Richmond. You'll be the operational lead across both buildings, delivering an exceptional tenant experience while driving asset performance for our client.
Perfect for an experienced FM who enjoys variety, takes pride in well run buildings, and thrives on building strong relationships with tenants and contractors alike.

In this role, you will:
Oversee daily operations across two commercial office assets
Build strong, lasting relationships with tenants and act as their primary point of contact
Manage planned and reactive maintenance programs, holding contractors accountable to SLAs
Ensure full compliance with statutory, WHS, ESG and environmental requirements
Prepare and manage operational expenditure budgets and support capital works projects
About You You're a proven Facilities Manager who brings a commercial mindset and a calm, solutions focused approach to your work.
Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Manager within commercial property
Strong technical understanding of building services and compliance frameworks
Confidence managing budgets, contractor performance and competing priorities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Relevant qualifications in facilities management, building services or a related discipline
