We have a rare opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to take ownership of a Charter Hall industrial portfolio across Brisbane. This is a blue chip account on one of Australia's most active property sectors, offering the kind of scale, variety and brand exposure that genuinely elevates a CV. With real hybrid working built in, you'll balance site presence with focused desk based work in a way that's almost unheard of in facilities management.

In this role, you will:
Manage daily operations across the portfolio, balancing planned and reactive priorities
Build strong, lasting relationships with tenants and occupiers, acting as their primary point of contact
Lead planned and reactive maintenance programs across building services, hardstand, roofing and fire and life safety systems
Hold contractors accountable to SLAs and service standards, ensuring full compliance with statutory, WHS, ESG and environmental requirements
Prepare and manage operational expenditure budgets and contribute to capital works and sustainability projects across the portfolio
About You You're a capable Facilities Manager who brings a commercial mindset, strong technical understanding and a calm, solutions focused approach to your work. You may not tick every box below, and that's okay, we'd still love to hear from you.
Experience as a Facilities Manager within industrial, logistics or large scale commercial property
Strong technical understanding of industrial building services, compliance frameworks and asset risk
Confidence managing budgets, contractor performance and competing priorities across multiple sites
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Qualifications in facilities management, building services, engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
