We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our Perth team, managing landmark building and delivering best-in-class building operations, maintenance, and client outcomes. You will take ownership of this commercial asset, overseeing building services, contractors, compliance, and operational performance, while working with a collaborative team and partnering closely with key stakeholders.

Oversee day-to-day building operations, maintenance and asset performance
Manage and coordinate contractors, service providers, and vendors
Build and maintain strong client relationships, resolving complex issues proactively
Prepare and manage budgets, capital works, and financial reporting
Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and statutory regulations
Conduct regular site inspections and identify efficiency opportunities

About You:
Proven experience in Facilities Management / Building Operations (commercial property preferred)
Strong background in contractor management, maintenance and building services
Financial acumen across budgets, Capex and reporting
Sound understanding of WHS and compliance requirements
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, or Property (desirable)
