Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, systems setup, network security, and technology operations. The role involves managing servers, networks, cloud systems, cybersecurity, ERP/business systems, IT support, and digital transformation initiatives to ensure smooth and secure business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and systems.
Lead system setup, implementation, and technology upgrade projects.
Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, backup, and disaster recovery.
Support ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.
Oversee IT support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT services.
Develop IT policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems management.
Strong knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, cloud systems, and Microsoft environments.
Experience in infrastructure setup and IT project management.
Good problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
