We're seeking a Modern Workplace Services Lead to take ownership of the end-to-end management and optimisation of Modern Workplace services across Multiplex.
Reporting to the Global End User Computing (EUC) Manager, this role sits within EUC and is critical in ensuring our digital workplace is secure, stable and continuously evolving. You will provide technical leadership, shape and deliver the Modern Workplace strategy, and drive adoption of new tools and ways of working, including AI-enabled Microsoft 365 capabilities.
You will own the lifecycle of Modern Workplace services, overseeing performance, optimisation and continuous improvement across EUC environments. Acting as a key technical authority, you will support governance forums, manage risk, resolve complex issues and drive automation, while monitoring service performance. With a strong focus on user experience, you will champion a seamless, colleague-first digital workplace, support service transitions, and guide the business on emerging technologies.
This role also plays a key leadership function, mentoring the global EUC team, uplifting capability, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative, approachable and open working style, enabling you to effectively partner with stakeholders across global teams.
