We're seeking a hands-on Project & Implementation Engineer to help translate architecture into practical, working solutions.

This is a senior delivery-focused technical role where you will take approved designs from the Enterprise Architect and bring them to life across our full technology estate.

Responsibilities

• Translate architecture designs into practical implementation plans and deliverables
• Lead delivery across Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, VMware, on-prem, networking, security, AI, and applications
• Deploy Azure workloads (compute, networking, storage, identity, PaaS) aligned to landing zones and governance
• Implement security controls including MFA, conditional access, SIEM, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management
• Practical AI/ML implementation experience on Azure (Azure Foundry, and Cognitive Services), including building AI-enabled solutions.
• Design and build Hypervisor environments (VMs, clusters, networking, OS builds, domain integration) including workload migrations to Azure cloud.
• Support Microsoft 365 uplift across Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint
• Produce as-built documentation, runbooks, and operational support materials
• Deliver knowledge transfer to support and operations teams
• Maintain delivery quality across multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments

Requirements

• 5+ years' hands-on infrastructure and platform implementation experience
• Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-workstream technical projects
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS/PaaS, networking, identity, governance)
• Microsoft 365 experience including migrations, Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint
• VMware vSphere and on-prem infrastructure experience
• Strong networking knowledge (switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs, wireless)
• Experience implementing security controls (MFA, conditional access, endpoint protection, policies)
• Strong documentation skills focused on clarity and operational use
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects independently
