This is a true single‑asset Senior Facilities Manager role for someone who enjoys taking pride in their building and being trusted to run it well.
You’ll have clear ownership of a premium Melbourne CBD asset, working closely with Charter Hall and a blue‑chip tenant mix to keep operations running smoothly, standards high and tenants engaged. Instead of juggling competing priorities across multiple sites, you’ll be able to focus on one high‑quality building, build strong relationships and see the direct impact of your work.

What you’ll be doing
Taking full accountability for the day‑to‑day facilities operations of a premium CBD commercial building
Acting as the trusted facilities partner to Charter Hall Asset Management
Managing contractors, service providers and procurement activities
Leading ESG initiatives, sustainability programs and continuous improvement
Ensuring compliance, risk management and governance obligations are met
Managing operational budgets, forecasting and financial reporting
Building strong, service‑focused relationships with tenants
Coaching, mentoring and supporting one on‑site Facilities team member
About you
Experience managing A‑grade or premium commercial office buildings
Background working with institutional landlords or in a landlord‑side environment
Strong understanding of building services, compliance and operational risk
A confident, approachable communicator who builds trust with clients and contractors
Comfortable managing budgets and financial performance
A calm, professional leader who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership
This role would suit an experienced FM who values quality assets, strong clients and long‑term ownership, or a capable Senior FM ready to step into a highly visible and trusted position.
