The opportunity
We are offering a summer internship focused on the integration of artificial intelligence techniques into our Smart Operations Framework, an observability platform for cloud-native systems. The goal is to bring intelligent, predictive insights into cloud operations through practical experimentation and prototyping.
Your day-to-day
You will explore and prototype the application of large language models and data-driven methods applied to cloud observability. This includes enabling natural language interaction with monitoring data, working on alert correlation, pattern recognition, and predictive analysis. You will contribute to improving how operational insights are generated and consumed within cloud-native environments.
You will also work with technologies such as Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Azure Foundry, Kubernetes, and Terraform as part of building and experimenting with observability and AI-driven solutions.
What you’ll bring
Interest or background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data-driven systems;
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and observability concepts;
Basic understanding of distributed systems, monitoring, or DevOps principles;
Curiosity to explore large language models and their practical applications;
Willingness to experiment, prototype, and work with modern cloud tooling (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, Terraform, Azure Foundry);
Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn in a research/engineering environment.
