Amdocs Employee Review

I have been working at Amdocs full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Stable company
Opportunities if you are willing to travel and put up with international projects
Company has money and is has steady projects in the pipeline.

Cons – ACD and possibly Delivery divisions are very sales goal driven on reviews
Review process for ACD closed door with no input after filling out self-eval.
ACD demands their pound of flesh even after a 60 plus hour week.
Will not move very far into ranks if you are not from Israel, and you will be first one laid off for same reason

Advice to Senior Management – Need to stop with this protectionism. Cultural groups will only start protecting their own as the company expands globally and uses more “off-shore” teams in India and elsewhere and this will only cause problems within the company.
Would be nice to know that my skills and talent are the factors to keep me with company and not my country of origin
