“Management stabilizing but uncertainty still in the air.”
I worked at Health Net
Pros – Good work life balance and fairly flexible hours.
Cons – Too many leadership changes that are not communicated effectively. Do not feel engaged. Lack of career path/development.
Advice to Senior Management – Need to be more competitive.
