Current Employee – been working at NetApp full-time for more than a year

Pros – Fantastic culture and great all around work environment. Extremely innovative company and market leader in our industry.

Cons – Success is very muhc tied to the territory and account base that you have. Typically you'll have a few year run in a particular patch and then the goal is raised to a point that makes it very difficult to succeed.

Advice to Senior Management – Spend more time evaluating quota goals based on multiple previous years, not just the previous year.
