Reduced or flexible hours

VALD seems very flexible for reduced and flexible hours. Within my team there are some who work 4 day weeks and others that work 3 day weeks. Hours are very flexible which is great for working around kids and other responsibilities. I have some team members who start early and leave early. I have others that will work early, not work for a period of the day then work again in the evening. So long as you can attend daily stand up and be available for chat within reasonable times it is pretty flexible I feel the rest of the time.
