You can work from home Mondays and Fridays They always feed you

*Billing department is sooooo unorganized. *Billing managers and higher ups are sooooo unorganized *They bring in new people with nowhere to sit - I sat in a conference room for 3 months because management didn't know how to use us. Ask in the chat, just don't expect an answer. *Company switched systems at the end of the year, that was smart, and caused the company to become more unorganized than it already was. *Management is veeeery cliquish and conniving There's a black female manager in the billing department they use to do their dirty work, and she don't know she being used. Watch out for her! Cross her and you are out of there. *You can work from home ONLY Monday & Friday, but Tuesday - Thursday, you have to be in the office. If life happens, use PTO/Sick time, because you are not allowed to work from home. I was sick, asked the black manager if I can work from home, and she said I would need to use my sick time or PTO because I am "required" to be in the office T-T. *Communication is very poor.

The pay is decent and there are opportunities to grow in your positions.

Consistently changing between WFH and in person. No transparency with upper management. Many lay offs.
