Hiring Executive leaders (GMs, VPs) that are not competent resulting in effective commercial strategy and operations. There is promise but the politics of hiring has hurt achieving potential.

Great pay and benefits for associates

Consistent job insecurity and hiring freezes- current associates get overloaded and no additional help or support. Poor management and wants to eliminate higher paid associates by “restructuring” or eliminating positions.

Good company to get some experience in the industry and move on.

C&M Recruitment, dealing with them was awful every time. Favouritism and connections make the biggest difference, if you can't make friends with team leads or supervisors you will have a hard time growing.
