Nothing at the moment is considered a pro except Monthly gift card benefit but this is not worth the stress.

Too much to list. New Executive team made up of internal Promotions is a horrible move. Setting the company up for failure and nepotism. 100% ran on favourtism. The hard workers are all getting fired, way too many good people being let go and replaced by the following week. Sneaky, disrespectful culture getting worse with new Executives. Worst company culture, look elsewhere.
