Great Work Life balance. Flexible working hours. Supporting team. Helping HR. Initial pay is good. Products are good. Getting knowledge on these products will get better opportunities outside. Initial pay is good. (Later hikes are not so great).

Management is not stable. Acquisition is common. After Acquisition, CEO also can be fired. Micro management by executive team. No proper planning of resources and releases. Because of lack of resources, sometimes will get pressure on individuals. Only onsite SMEs hold major work. Only small will be given to Indian team.
