Disgusting in the way they treat women. 1/2 the pay of male counterparts. If you’re an American employee, you may as well just close the coffin, your job is getting outsourced, If you’re not Polish you’ll never get anywhere, the management is literally a “boys club” of idiots who all went to high school together And would rather talk about the disgusting depraved things they did over the weekend instead of researching & fixing the problems at hand. The “nice” HQ facility is nothing more than a façade to hide their deplorable treatment of employees. No work life balance, no room for advancement. Terrible benefits. Be sure to CYOA or you’ll get blamed for everything.
