Flexibility meaning you’re expected to have night meetings as well, and accessible almost 24 hours. No consideration for diversity eg local festivities, need to meet deadline regardless. Process and ownership are all over the place

Offered health insurance with high deductible plans only. Every meeting mentions a goal to reach, but that’s impossible to achieve without hiring more people, but they don’t. Work balance is so dead - many mandatory overtime even when there is NO work.
