I've had a fantastic personal experience in starting a family whilst at Beamery. Very supportive managers. I did not feel at any point that I lost out on career opportunities and was still offered a promotion in the run up to maternity leave. The leave and pay are also generous. And for my return to work, my co-workers have been consciously respectful and inclusive.

This is a fast-moving tech scale up selling a complex offering into a rapidly evolving HR industry. Buckle in. For some, the rollercoaster might be too much of a ride. This is a tech scale up: some level of chaos is expected. You have to be able to roll with the punches, manage with a lack of process and handle uncertainty.
