What is the company culture like at BetMGM?

It's a very product design forward team with lots of changes underway to improve our team's organizational and operational structure. Leadership really does care about their team and changing for the better. The culture is very warm and friendly and work life balance is great.

With lots of changes underway with the organization, there's sometimes unclear expectations.

Licensing and HR departments are awful. Licensing is overbearing and makes illegal demands. HR personnel gets paid to sit around and not look into anything. Hours can be terrible depending on the department you work.

Great company culture with true leaders and an AMAZING CEO.

Still in it’s growing stages which could also be a plus depending on your perspective.

BetMGM is the perfect company to work at if you are interested in the sports and gaming industries. The culture is top-notch with an emphasis on transparency from the CEO (2 company catch up calls a week to discuss company performance) and maintaining the amazing culture. Everyone at the company is willing to help each other and they understand work-life balance is necessary to maintain a positive work environment. There is a super flexible hybrid schedule that will accommodate your needs. Sports is a consistent topic of conversation in the office so if you are an avid fan you will be in heaven.

Tough work load within the current department

Everybody seems very receptive to ideas and opinions from others, even new employees. The office is amazing (though majority of people stay home depending on the day), and company culture is overwhelmingly positive. From my personal experience, compensation (and especially benefits) are outstanding.
